The Company may cancel, postpone or reschedule courses or services at its discretion. Your rights to refunds for such changes are governed by the Refund Policy.

All fees for Training and Services are payable in accordance with the payment terms displayed at the time of purchase. Online payments are processed through PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. Refunds, where applicable, will be dealt with in accordance with the Company’s Refund Policy (see Section 3).

1.8 Prohibited Conduct

  1. You shall not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute Content in any way unless expressly permitted by these Terms or by prior written consent of the Company.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Secunderabad, Telangana, India, and the Telangana High Court where applicable.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Overview

AdeptSK Solutions Private Limited is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information collected through the website and in the course of delivering Training and Services. This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Scope

This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which refunds are issued for Training and Services provided by AdeptSK Solutions Private Limited.

3.2 Refunds — Training

  1. Full Refund (100%): Refunds are available where a participant requests cancellation after attending only one (1) session.
  2. Partial Refund (40%): Refunds are available where a participant requests cancellation after attending up to three (3) sessions.
  3. No Refund: No refund will be given after attending five (5) or more sessions.
  4. Duplicate Payments: Any duplicate payment for the same course or service shall be refunded in full (100%).

3.3 Refunds — Services

  1. Full Refund (100%): If no work has been commenced after commissioning, the client may request a full refund.
  2. Partial Refund (50%): If work has commenced, the client may request a refund within one (1) week of commissioning; in such cases a 50% refund of the commissioned fees may be issued at the Company's discretion.
  3. No Refund: No refund will be issued where 60% or more of the agreed scope of work has been completed.

3.4 Refund Procedure and Timelines

  1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@adeptsk.com with supporting details: full name, course or service title, date of payment and payment reference.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days of confirmation.
  3. Refunds will be made by UPI or Bank Transfer (local Indian accounts). The Company will not be responsible for transfer fees levied by banks or payment providers beyond those charged by the Company.

3.5 Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, prolonged outages, or other events beyond the Company's control), refunds will be offered on a pro-rata basis reflecting sessions completed (for Training) or effort expended (for Services).

3.6 Exceptions

Requests for exceptions to this Refund Policy (for example, severe medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of the Company.

4. Disclaimer

4.1 General

The materials and information contained on the website, in training content, and in associated communications are provided "as is" for general information and educational purposes. AdeptSK Solutions Private Limited makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, reliability or availability of the information contained on the website or provided in training.

4.3 Course Outcomes
